From the Chef- To provide the very best service and food quality to our guests, we prepare every meal from scratch in our galley so we must limit the choices to one dinner selection per charter please. Each dinner includes one starter, one main course and one dessert option. Please select one option from each category below for your entire party. We hope that our many menu choices will make it easy for everyone to agree on, and thoroughly enjoy, one dinner. If, like most of our guests, you see more than one choice that sounds scrumptious, save it for your next visit!

Roasted Beef Sirloin Tips with Caramelized Onions and Fresh Button Mushrooms served over Egg Noodles, and a side of seasonal vegetables
Stuffed Roasted Chicken Breast with mushroom gravy, smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Grilled Seasoned Pork Loin served with homemade jasmine rice pilaf, chunky applesauce and seasonal vegetables

Garlic Shrimp and broccoli served over spaghetti squash (seasonal) or angel hair pasta, topped with a light lemon butter sauce.
Pan Seared Lemon Tilapia, seasoned to perfection served over lightly seasoned white rice with a side of seasonal vegetables, and homemade coleslaw.
Shrimp Creole (spicy or mild) 7 jumbo shrimp served on a bed of brown rice surrounded by Creole vegetables and sauce
