At Sunny Sail Charters our goal is to have every one of our guests enjoy sailing, beautiful scenery and the boating life much as we do.  We would like you to experience the majesty of the upper Hudson River or beauty of the Florida Keys in all their glory while you relax, maybe learn a little about sailing and become more familiar with these historic areas.

When you have decided to sail with us, follow the processes below for your charter type -

Day Charters

1. Call to confirm your charter date and our availability

2. If the charter includes a meal, decide on your favorite food from our menu.

3. Fill out a Guest Information and Preference Form which will give us your contact information and menu choices

4. Decide on method of payment.  If you would like to pay with a credit card, we can email you an invoice through PayPal - you don't need a PayPal account to use this method.  Or, you can also mail us a check if there is enough time before your cruise for us to receive the payment prior to departure.

5. We will email you our Reservation Confirmation with all of your charter information, directions to the boat, what to wear, etc.

6. Everything will be ready for your charter when you arrive.

Multi-Day Vacation Charters

1. Call us to confirm your charter dates and our availability.  We will discuss options for getting to the boat, departure and return locations and everything you need to feel comfortable sailing with us.

2. We will complete a Yacht Charter Agreement with the information from your charter and email you the document.

3. Fax or mail us back the signed Yacht Charter Agreement.  We will send you back a completed copy.

4. Your deposit will formally reserve the charter dates with us.  Payment can be made using a credit card through PayPal (we can email you an invoice) or by sending us a check in the mail.

5. Fill out the Vacation Preference Worksheet and mail or fax it back to us.

6. We will have the boat ready for your charter when you arrive - fully stocked for your cruise with your favorite foods, appetizers and beverages.
